The Raw Food Nutrition

Today more then ever, people are living lifestyles that all filled with unnatural man-made foods. Most of the foods people eat have absolutely no basis in nature. Advertisers would have you believe that foods like breads, pastas, dairy, poultry and meats are natural for our bodies digestive systems. However much of the current knowledge from scientists today is suggesting that foods not based from fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts have a clogging affect on the blood, organs and systems of the body. There is even research to suggest that diets made up of purely unnatural foods can have a devastating effect on a person over time, and even lead to major health problems like cancer, heart attack or stroke. Nutrition experts are starting to become aware of the affects of over cooked and processed foods and looking to more modern theories such as the acid alkaline balance diet.
