The Acid Alkaline Balance Diet

When researches look at the live blood of people with various diets from different cultures and lifestyles they see patterns in the levels of health in the various organs of the body. It has been found that some foods metabolize to form an acidic ash within the body while other foods produce higher levels of alkalinity (the body's natural state). From eating foods with high levels of alkalinity, reducing foods that are acid producing as well as fasting to cleanse the body of toxins and balancing the PH level. This approach to nutrition is about giving the body live raw foods, vegetables and juices like wheat grass to heal the body, loose excess weight, and become more energized and vibrant.
